Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup Chingón Coffee Pure Coffee from Mexico, ground
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup piloncillo or brown sugar
- 1 orange peel (optional)
- 1 clove (optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the cinnamon stick, piloncillo or brown sugar, orange peel, and clove.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is fragrant.
- Add the ground coffee and bring to a gentle boil again.
- Remove from heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the coffee into a pot or individual cups.
- Serve hot and enjoy the traditional Mexican flavors.
