Steve’s coffee adventure began with a simple yet transformative experience in a quaint café in Acapulco. It was there that he discovered the magic of cinnamon sticks. The unique and delightful taste left an indelible mark on him, sparking a quest to find the perfect coffee bean that could encapsulate this memory.

Driven by this newfound passion, Steve set out to find a chocolatey, heavy bean infused with a hint of cinnamon. His journey took him back to that same café in Acapulco, where he found the inspiration and flavors that would become the essence of Chingón Coffee.
