Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chingón Coffee Pure Coffee from Mexico, coarsely ground
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Ice
- Milk or cream (optional)
- Sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine the ground coffee and cold water in a large jar or pitcher.
- Add the cinnamon and stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
- Strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter into another jar or pitcher.
- Serve over ice and add milk or cream and sweetener if desired.
