Spiced Mexican Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup strong Chingón Coffee Pure Coffee from Mexico, brewed
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

 

Instructions:

  1. Brew the espresso or strong coffee.
  2. Heat the milk over medium heat in a small saucepan until hot but not boiling.
  3. Stir in the agave syrup or honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Froth the milk using a frother or whisk until it becomes creamy and foamy.
  5. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug and add the spiced milk mixture.
  6. Stir gently and enjoy.
